Refund Policy

This policy explains ordinary purchase refunds and the Clear107 Pro 100% Readiness Pass Guarantee refund path.

Before checkout is enabled

If no paid checkout is active, there is no purchase to refund. The free diagnostic and study preview can be used before payment is connected.

Any test or manual access grants used during development are support/admin operations, not public purchases.

One-time access purchases

When paid access is enabled, Clear107 is expected to sell one-time access rather than a subscription. The checkout page will show the current price and access window before purchase.

Unless checkout states a different policy, a buyer can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support from the email used for checkout.

Refund limits

Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, or account activity that shows substantial use of the paid study product before the request.

A refund does not guarantee deletion of records that must be retained for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or support reasons.

Clear107 Pro Pass Guarantee refunds

Clear107 Pro includes a pass-guarantee refund path for eligible learners who complete the qualifying study path, reach 100% readiness in Clear107 before the official FAA Part 107 knowledge exam, and do not pass that next exam attempt.

The refund remedy is limited to the Clear107 Pro purchase price actually paid. It does not cover Practice Pass purchases, FAA testing fees, retake fees, travel, lost income, equipment, or other indirect costs.

To request a Pass Guarantee refund, contact support within 14 days of the exam result from the email used at checkout and include reasonable proof of the failed exam attempt. Clear107 may review account activity to confirm that every guarantee requirement in the Terms of Use was completed before the exam.

Readiness scores and simulator results remain study signals outside this defined Pro guarantee.
