Terms of Use

These terms explain how Clear107 should be used: as an independent Part 107 study product with a defined Clear107 Pro pass guarantee, not as FAA approval, legal advice, or operational authorization.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Use of the product

Clear107 provides study content, diagnostics, drills, simulator-style practice, handbook explanations, and source references for FAA Part 107 exam preparation.

The product is for training and exam preparation only. It should not be used as a substitute for current FAA rules, operational authorization, weather briefing, charting, or navigation decisions.

FAA relationship

Clear107 is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the FAA.

FAA source names, regulations, handbooks, charts, and citations may be referenced to explain study topics. Clear107 does not use FAA branding or claim to provide official FAA questions.

Accounts and progress

Some features can work before sign-in. If you create an account, diagnostic history, simulator attempts, weak-area signals, and settings may be attached to that account.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for using the product honestly.

Paid access

If paid access is enabled, the price, access window, taxes, and checkout terms will be shown before purchase. Clear107 does not use a subscription model for the initial public version unless the product terms are changed later.

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Clear107 does not ask you to send payment card data through email or chat.

100% Readiness Pass Guarantee

Clear107 Pro includes a 100% Readiness Pass Guarantee. In plain English: if you purchase Clear107 Pro, complete the qualifying study path before your official FAA Part 107 knowledge exam, reach 100% readiness in Clear107, and still do not pass that next exam attempt, Clear107 will refund the Pro purchase price under the Refund Policy.

The qualifying study path means you attempted every available practice question, reviewed every missed or flagged item until correct, completed every available Pro chart scenario, completed a full 60-question simulator run after reaching 100% readiness, and did not use answer reveals before submitting practice where the product hides answers until completion.

The guarantee applies only to the first official FAA Part 107 knowledge exam attempt taken after you complete the qualifying study path. To claim it, you must contact Clear107 within 14 days of the exam result and provide reasonable proof, such as your testing score report or other exam-outcome documentation.

The guarantee does not cover FAA testing fees, travel, lost income, equipment, business losses, or other indirect costs. It may be denied for account sharing, abuse, manipulated practice records, expired access, or a claim that does not match the eligibility rules.

Outside this defined Pro guarantee, readiness scores, diagnostics, drills, and simulator results are study signals. They are not FAA certification, an official FAA prediction, legal advice, or operational authorization.

Content updates

Clear107 aims to keep explanations source-linked and current, but regulations, FAA procedures, test-provider workflows, and source documents can change.

If you spot a content problem, use the report flow in the product or contact Clear107 so it can be reviewed.
