Terms of Use

These terms explain how Clear107 should be used: as an independent Part 107 study product, not as FAA approval, legal advice, or operational authorization.

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Use of the product

Clear107 provides study content, diagnostics, drills, simulator-style practice, handbook explanations, and source references for FAA Part 107 exam preparation.

The product is for training and exam preparation only. It should not be used as a substitute for current FAA rules, operational authorization, weather briefing, charting, or navigation decisions.

FAA relationship

Clear107 is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the FAA.

FAA source names, regulations, handbooks, charts, and citations may be referenced to explain study topics. Clear107 does not use FAA branding or claim to provide official FAA questions.

Accounts and progress

Some features can work before sign-in. If you create an account, diagnostic history, simulator attempts, weak-area signals, and settings may be attached to that account.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for using the product honestly.

Paid access

If paid access is enabled, the price, access window, taxes, and checkout terms will be shown before purchase. Clear107 does not use a subscription model for the initial public version unless the product terms are changed later.

Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Clear107 does not ask you to send payment card data through email or chat.

No guarantee

Readiness scores, diagnostics, drills, and simulator results are study signals. They are not FAA certification, an official prediction, or a guarantee that you will pass the UAG exam.

Exam outcomes depend on your preparation, current testing rules, testing conditions, and the questions presented by the testing provider.

Content updates

Clear107 aims to keep explanations source-linked and current, but regulations, FAA procedures, test-provider workflows, and source documents can change.

If you spot a content problem, use the report flow in the product or contact Clear107 so it can be reviewed.
